1. Acceptable Use

FeedPidgin is provided for personal and professional intelligence analysis. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to scrape data in violation of third-party terms.

2. BYOK Responsibility

By providing your own API keys, you are responsible for any costs incurred through those keys. FeedPidgin is not liable for excessive billing from third-party AI providers.

3. Premium Tiers

Pro and Expert tiers are subscription-based. Payments are handled via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
