1. Acceptable Use
FeedPidgin is provided for personal and professional intelligence analysis. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to scrape data in violation of third-party terms. Automated bulk usage or abuse of the platform is prohibited.
2. BYOK Responsibility
By providing your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key), you are responsible for all costs incurred through those keys. FeedPidgin is not liable for excessive billing from third-party AI providers such as Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Store your API keys securely — they are encrypted at rest.
3. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. All data (feeds, articles, settings) is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Premium Tiers
Pro and Expert tiers are subscription-based. Payments are handled via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
5. Liability Limitations
FeedPidgin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content aggregated through RSS feeds. Use the service at your own risk.
